Description

Serves 2 or 3. Tastes OK… crush peanuts more for better taste!

Ingredients

  • 2 1⁄2 T vegetable oil
  • 2 clv minced garlic
  • 1⁄4 lb beef cut into 1 inch and thin pieces
  • 2 T fish sauce
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 2 1⁄2 T sugar
  • 1 T lime juice
  • 1 c bean sprouts
  • 1 package rice noodles

Instructions

1.) Cook beef and garlic until beef almost done.
2.) Soak rice noodles for 30 minutes in HOT water
3.) Combine all but rice noodles, then cook with rice noodles until all is hot.
